1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to hoki67, accessible at https://hoki67.cam and all associated mobile applications, services, and features.
• "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to hoki67, the operator of this gambling platform.
• "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the Platform.

• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the User and available for wagering on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

hoki67 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements. Users found to be underage or otherwise ineligible will have their accounts permanently closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid government-issued identification documents (KTP or Indonesian national identity card) and may be required to provide additional documentation including proof of address and payment method verification.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted only one account on hoki67. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual, we reserve the right to treat all such accounts as a single combined account for purposes of bonus eligibility, withdrawal limits, and other restrictions.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. hoki67 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must ensure that all information associated with your account remains accurate and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change, including residential address, email address, or phone number. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawals or account verification.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

hoki67 supports deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). We also accept deposits via popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance during periods of high banking system load.

5.3 Deposit Fees

hoki67 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your hoki67 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds as part of our anti-money laundering compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and return of deposited funds.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through completion of the KYC process. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. You may not withdraw funds to third-party accounts.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Bronze members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day, Silver members up to Rp 100,000,000 per day, and Gold members enjoy unlimited daily withdrawals. Processing times vary by VIP tier: Bronze tier withdrawals process within 4-6 hours, Silver tier within 2-4 hours, and Gold tier within 1-2 hours during business hours (08:00-24:00 WIB).

6.3 Withdrawal to Deposit Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where reasonably possible. This requirement is mandated by anti-money laundering regulations. If the deposit method cannot facilitate withdrawals (for example, certain e-wallet providers), alternative arrangements may be made subject to additional verification requirements.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. This requirement helps prevent fraudulent use of our Platform for money transfer purposes. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotional terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by hoki67 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotional page and must be accepted by the User before claiming the bonus. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiry periods, and other restrictions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers). Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

hoki67 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void any associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or that a User is engaging in bonus abuse strategies. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, making low-risk opposite bets to clear wagering requirements, and exploiting software errors or glitches to gain unfair advantage.

7.4 One Bonus Per Household

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. hoki67 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify Users attempting to circumvent this restriction.

8. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

8.1 Fair Play

All Users must play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each Game. You agree not to use any automated playing programs, robots, or other artificial intelligence or third-party software to interact with the Platform or Games. You must not collude with other players or engage in any form of cheating, hacking, or exploitation of software errors.

8.2 Game Results

All Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing procedures. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of clear technical malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome, the affected game round will be voided and stakes refunded.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), bets are settled based on official results announced by the governing sports body. Settlement rules for various bet types including Asian handicaps, over/under, correct score, and accumulator bets are detailed in our comprehensive sports betting rules available on the Platform. In cases of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in the sports betting rules section.

8.4 Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: money laundering, fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, harassment of other Users or staff, use of offensive language in chat functions, and attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any Platform software.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the hoki67 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software code, and compilation of content, is the property of hoki67 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The hoki67 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of hoki67 or our affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law, hoki67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including without limitation any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other Users;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or downtime of the Platform;
• Errors or inaccuracies in content or information provided on the Platform.

In no event shall hoki67's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that you may lose money. hoki67 is not responsible for any losses incurred through your gambling activities on the Platform.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations under these Terms that arose prior to closure.

11.2 Suspension and Termination by hoki67

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or engaged in any activity that may damage the reputation or financial interests of hoki67. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of eligibility requirements (underage gambling, prohibited jurisdiction);
• Creation of multiple accounts;
• Fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors;
• Collusion or cheating in Games;
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Users;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without valid grounds.

Upon termination for breach of Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to any compensation. We reserve the right to report suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination or suspension of your account, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support staff.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to participate in good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Both parties will share equally in the costs of mediation. The mediation shall take place in Jakarta, Indonesia, and shall be conducted in English or Indonesian language as mutually agreed.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia as specified in the Governing Law section below.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

14. Changes to Terms

hoki67 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes may be necessary to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, or business practices.

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We may also notify registered Users via email or through a notification on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
